Africa Bridge Farm-to-Table DinnerAfrica Bridge is a rural economic development organization with an emphasis on assisting vulnerable children and their families in Tanzania. The mission of Africa Bridge is to help children and empower communities to protect, support and care for orphaned and vulnerable children through integrated sustainable development.
Please join us on August 21st at 5:00pm at the picturesque Lake View Farms (just 25 minutes west of downtown Portland).
The evening will include:
- An authentic Farm-to-table menu created by Jenn Louis, of Portland's Lincoln Restaurant and Culinary Artistry and performances by Sebe Kan, Loveness Wesa and the Amani Marimba Group.
- The chance to bid on several exotic travel excursions including an Africa Bridge safari (journey) to Tanzania with founder Barry Childs, a week at a Costa Rican villa and original works from African and locally known artists.
- The opportunity to purchase a variety of international art, home decor and unique gifts at the Global Marketplace.
