Leif's Auto Centers has announced its latest effort in support of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation, and it's something almost everyone can use to show their support. Through the day of the race on September 18, Leif's is selling special Breast cancer awareness license plate frames specially designed to fit Oregon license plates. 100% of the sale proceeds will be donated to Komen Oregon.

The bright pink frames sell for $10 a pair, or $5 for a single frame, and they are available at all Leif's locations, including the headquarters location in Tigard. Leif's is opening its 10th location on McLoughlin Blvd. in Milwaukie on September 6.

More information online at www.Leifs.com.

Leif's is gathering a team of runners to compete in the event. Anyone can sign up to be on our team at komenoregon.org - just follow the process to sign up for the race and then select our team. The cost to register for the race is $30.

The Portland Race For The Cure is the largest Susan G. Komen For The Cure Foundation race on the west coast, with over 40,000 participants per year.
