IngredientsYoshida’s Gourmet Chicken Ingredients:
1 lb. Chicken breasts, 1” diced
4 oz Corn Starch
6 oz Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce
1 oz Sesame seeds
3 oz Sesame oil
Salt Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ginger, dried & ground
1 lb Vegetables (green beans & onions)
½ tsp Crushed red pepper
1 oz Sesame Oil
1 oz Butter
Salt Pepper
Jasmine Rice
InstructionsBegin by cooking the jasmine rice. Over a stovetop, add 2-parts water to 1-part rice. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. Season the chicken breast with salt & pepper. Coat with corn starch and shake off any excess. Preheat a sauté pan over medium/high heat and add sesame oil. Oil should smoke slightly. Add chicken to pan. Occasionally turn chicken with a spoon to ensure even cooking. When chicken is cooked thoroughly & golden brown, reduce heat and drain off oil. Add Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce and coat chicken, reduce sauce to a thick glaze. Remove from heat and add sesame seeds. For the vegetables, preheat a sauté pan over medium/high heat. Add oil. Add vegetables. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper and ginger. Sautee vegetables until they are cooked thoroughly. Remove from heat and stir in butter.
